Host Clouda Web Hosting Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refund requests for services provided by Host Clouda. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the refund policy stated herein.

Domain Registration / Transfer / Renewal

Host Clouda does not offer refunds for domain registration, transfer, or renewal services. Once a domain registration or related service is initiated and processed, the payment is considered final and non-refundable. Please ensure all domain-related details are accurate before proceeding with the registration or transfer process.

Shared / WordPress / Reseller Hosting

Refunds are available for certain hosting services provided by Host Clouda under the following conditions: Refunds are only applicable to yearly hosting plans (12 months or more).
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of initial service activation.
The refund is not applicable to monthly or shorter-term hosting plans.
If a domain name was included for free with the hosting plan, the domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

VPS Hosting

Host Clouda's VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting services do not come with a refund option. Once VPS services are activated, payments are considered final and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of VPS hosting and the resources allocated to each virtual server.

Refund Process

To request a refund for eligible services, clients must follow these steps:

1. Submit a refund request via email to billing@HostClouda.com or support@hostclouda.com within 7 days from the date of service activation.
2. Provide all necessary details, including the service type, domain name (if applicable), invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
3. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed by the Host Clouda billing department within 5-7 Working Days.

Exclusions

Host Clouda reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria stated in this policy or if the refund request is deemed to be in violation of our terms of service.

Additional Information


- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
- Processing times for refunds may vary based on payment methods and financial institutions.
- Any fees associated with the initial transaction, such as payment gateway fees, domain registration fees, or third-party service fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
